Standard Operation Procedure(SOP) for the booking/ordering catering service


SOP OF ASNAF CETERING
Step 1: Inquiry of the catering service
Start by contacting our staff for catering service. Inquiry about the catering service coverage, package, price, and other service offered from the Catering Service office at 09-7462854/015-48404870 or email us at asnafcatering@gmail.com.

Step 2: Selecting a Packaging
Our package is listed online with a selection to match your event. Contact our Catering Service department to discuss any questions you might have concerning menu option. Menu choices are available for all preferences including vegetarian and vegan meals. It is your responsibility to know the dietary needs of your guests before the date of your event.

Step 3: Placing an Order
Before you call us to place your order here is a list of the things we will ask you.
     ·         Name of Event
     ·         Contact Person
     ·         Billing Info
     ·         Date of Event
     ·         Serving Time
     ·         Estimated Count of Guests
     ·         Menu (Including if you have Guests with special Dietary Needs)

You can place an order with Asnaf Catering Services by Phone or E-mail. We recommend placing your Catering Order 5 business days BEFORE your event. Our Catering Staff will contact you BEFORE your event to do a confirmation of services, any last minute changes should be made at this time.

Step 4: Paying for your event

A down payment BEFORE their event with a final billing sent AFTER the event. Late fees may be added to any event ordered within 48 hours of the time of service. Our Catering Service departments will be billed AFTER their event to the index Code provided.
